Zusammenfassung: | Technology and world circumstances have changed the way of learning, so it is important to develop digital skills in teachers to improve their professionalization. The low level of development of digital competences has been diagnosed through observations, visits to faculties and results of a questionnaire applied to managers, teachers and student assistants at the Faculty of Computer Science Engineering at the University of Computer Sciences. This research aims to expose the didactic articulation of digital competence with technological pedagogy for the improvement of professionalization in teachers. A much more active, constructivist and collaborative innovative methodology was used. A set of methods was used that guided the scope of the investigative purposes. Results were achieved in motivation, in the articulation of digital skills with technological pedagogy for the professionalization of the teaching and learning process, quality in professional performance and in scientific-academic events. It contributed to the teacher preparation to face in some subjects and year for learning. Digital competences as a theoretical platform, articulated with technological pedagogy from methodological activities, and training and improvement actions in university teachers, in groups on social networks such as WhatsApp and Telegram allowed an exchange and training for the development of pedagogical design and strategic actions that contributed to performance training process, in pandemic times.
La tecnología y las circunstancias del mundo han cambiado la forma de aprender, por lo que es importante desarrollar competencias digitales en los docentes para mejorar su profesionalización. En el claustro de la carrera de Ingeniera en Ciencias Informática de la Universidad de Ciencias Informáticas se ha diagnosticado a través de observaciones, visitas a facultades y resultados de un cuestionario aplicado a directivos, docentes y alumnos ayudantes el bajo nivel de desarrollo de competencias digitales. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo exponer la articulación didáctica de la competencia digital con la pedagogía tecnológica para el perfeccionamiento de la profesionalización en docentes Se empleó una metodología innovadora mucho más activa, constructivista y colaborativa.
