Linfoma folicular: evaluación de índices pronósticos, variables clínicas y metabólicas al diagnóstico como predictores de progresión de enfermedad antes de los 2 años de iniciada la inmunoquimioterapia (POD24)

Follicular lymphoma is an indolent lymphoma with potential relapses in the course of its evolution. In the last few years, new therapeutic strategies have improved patient ́s survival. However, a high risk subgroup progresses early with a shorter overall survival. Our primary objective is to report the inci-dence of POD24 and its impact on OS and, as a sec-ondary objective, to evaluate the association of the FLIPI 1, FLIPI 2 and PRIMA PI scores and the clin-ical-metabolic variables with the risk of a POD24 event. Three hundred and thirty-two patients were included, 46 patients (13.8%) with a POD24 event.
