Turismo e os padrões de desenvolvimento endógeno e exógeno

The overall goal of the research seeks to delineate theoretical support based on a multidisciplinary literature review taking reference in the contributions of the epistemological field of geography of tourism in order to show not only their relations with regional development but also their relevance to the empirical analysis of tourism through a systemic instrument. The effort for the implementation of the research has been developed by an intellectual endeavor through a qualitative, exploratory and bibliographical method which followed a deductive logical starting with theories and finally discussing analytical models applied to tourism. A theoretical framework of the geography of tourism has been used in the research through the system theories of fixes and flows, reason why allows a connection between an exogenous macro vision of regional tourism development (functional analysis of the gravitational field of regional tourism) and the endogenous micro view of local tourism development (institutional analysis of local tourism). Based on these discussions this article provides theoretical and methodological elements for the analysis of tourism in regional development through a multidisciplinary perspective that shows the existing power fields formed by vertical and horizontal forces that impact in a top-down and bottom-up agenda setting. A more systemic view of tourist flows between certain fix points of a regional tourist circuit has increasingly been necessary considering the relevance of addressing an articulated analysis of exogenous and endogenous development although tourism analysis has matured in the literature by the focus on the local scale. O objetivo geral da pesquisa busca delimitar subsídios teóricos com base em uma revisão multidisciplinar da literatura, tomando referência as contribuições do campo epistemológico da geografia do turismo para mostrar as suas relações com o desenvolvimento regional e a relevância para a análise empírica do turismo a partir de um instrumental sistêmico. Na realização do empreendimento intelectual proposto, o esforço de concretização da pesquisa foi desenvolvido por meio de método qualitativo, exploratório e bibliográfico que obedeceu a uma lógica dedutiva que partiu de teorias e chegou à construção de modelos analíticos aplicados ao turismo.
