Zusammenfassung:The family encounters a theoretic systematization about the assertive medical patient communication. The diagnosis revealed the existent insufficiencies in the use of the assertive communication in the medical patient relation family in surgical pediatric situations. It came into question like scientific problem: Insufficiency in the assertive medical patient communication family for an adequate educational orientation in the diagnosis, tracking, recuperation and rehabilitation of the patient.The proposed objective is the elaboration of actions of educational orientation for the effectiveness of the assertive communication in the medical patient relation family in surgical situations, which have like fundamental characteristic, the systematization of the contentses, roads and inherent forms to the preparation of the house physicians in the use of the assertive communication in the medical patient relation family in surgical situations. The practical significance involves making perfect the formation of the health-care professional at the Pediatric Hospital of The Las Tunas (doctors surgeons pediatricians) to confront; In surgical pediatric situations; His guiding intervening show actions addressed to raising the effectiveness of the assertive medical patient communication family. The new thing consists in conceiving the educational orientation like show of the doctor pediatric in surgical situations and the assertive medical patient communication family like means to achieve a prophylactic effective work so much in patients like in his relatives as part of the psychologicalrecuperation and physics of the patient in a process acquired through experience in life integral in the hospitable context. They utilized fact-finding methods of theoretic level like historic logician, analytical synthetic, inductive deductive, modelation.The methods of empiric level utilized were the observation, opinion poll, interview, the pedagogic experience acquired through experience in life, between other ones.
