In order to determine the correlation between different factors involved with the onset of puberty, 18 Rambouillet weaned lambs with 60 days of age and weighing 24.27 3.5 kg were used. After detachment of the urethral extension the semen extraction began for quantitative analysis (volume and concentration) and qualitative (morphology and motility) each 14 days until the onset of puberty.
