Zusammenfassung:Security policy plays a significant role in every aviation organization activity. According to Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council every aviation organization has an obligation to possess safety management system and appropriate recording every incident, which had occurred in the this organization’s area. Also, the Regulation provides an incident classification affecting on the security level conducting flight operations. Since the popularization civil aviation, attention is paid on the safety flights. Thanks to this, in these days aviation is the one of the most safety mode of transportation. This has a positive effect on social trust for this transportation. In the era of globalization is very important to paying attention on the safety, which in flight operations is divided into the human factor and construction safety. The first factor is the most dangerous because this is the weakest in safety net. However, the high standards and well-defined procedures minimize level of risk to the minimum. On the safety level has an impact of incident reporting, where flight operations were made without patient of standards. Thanks to information about dangerous, which can occur during the flight, cabin crew can make the flight much more safety. For this was created safety culture for the minimize level of risk. In aviation is one of the principles – no punishment. That was created to find new solutions or improve the old solutions. This is the commonly used practice among the cabin crew. Cabin crew realize how important is reporting every situations, where is no fear of open reporting – despite the possibility of anonymous reports, most of people decide to gives personal information. This shows us how big is an awareness and responsibility in people in aviation world. Important factor is to realize how important has this actions, which are for the aviation society and for the travellers. Polityka bezpieczeństwa odgrywa znaczącą role w działalności każdej współcześnie funkcjonującej organizacji lotniczej. Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Komisji (UE) 2015/2018 z dnia 29 czerwca 2015r. nr 376/2014 każda organizacja lotnicza ma obowiązek posiadania jasno zdeklarowanych systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i odpowiednie odnotowywanie wszelkiego rodzaju zdarzeń, które miały miejsce na terenie danej jednostki.
