Epísteme de los principios éticos y morales en la profesión de enfermería

The nursing professional has the challenge of carrying out human care based on ethical and moral principles, where in the same way his practice is sustained in a human and social interrelation with the patient, family and community. It is considered that the ethics of patient care can be understood, as the sense of personal and professional life that respects the essence of people, respects their dignity and offers fair treatment, guaranteeing compliance with the principles, rights and duties of the professional of nursing for his life. Therefore, it is established as the purpose of this research, to reflect on the episteme of ethical and moral principles in professional practice. Methodologically, it is part of a documentary-based study based on the interpretive hermeneutic paradigm, under the reflection on the ethical and moral aspects of human care. It is concluded that the observance of ethical norms is a personal responsibility of mystique of life, of conscience in the unconscious sowing of the home, of vocation and will to be at peace with oneself, but also of academic strength, of professional formation, of education in values. Nurses have in their practice duties and rights framed in legal and moral standards, taking into account the values and principles they know and it is imperative to apply them in the daily exercise of their professional experience; thus providing the necessary care to the healthy and sick individual to ensure quality of care during the time that requires it El profesional de enfermería tiene el desafío de realizar el cuidado humano basado en los principios éticos y morales, donde de igual manera su práctica está sustentada en una interrelación humana y social con el paciente, familia y comunidad. Se considera que la ética de atención al paciente puede entenderse, como el sentido de la vida personal y profesional que respeta la esencia de las personas, respeta su dignidad y ofrece el trato justo, garantizándole el cumplimiento de los principios, derechos y deberes del profesional de la enfermería para con su vida. Por ello, se establece como propósito de esta investigación, reflexionar sobre el epísteme de los principios éticos y morales en el ejercicio profesional. Metodológicamente, se enmarca en un estudio de corte documental apoyado en el paradigma interpretativo hermenéutico, bajo la reflexión sobre los aspectos éticos y morales del cuidado humano.
