Zusammenfassung:Introduction: The Model Education Unit Higher Education Health Sciences of the Michoacana University of San Nicholas de Hidalgo mentions that the premise so that the evaluation is a process that bases the improvement, is that it includes not only the student, but to the other actors and elements implied in the educative process. Objective: Evaluating the teaching of teachers of the Faculty of Chemistry - Pharmacobiology from the perception of student teachersand authorities have a reference for decision making. Methodology:The study was crosssectionaland descriptive statistics were used, where 15 teachers were evaluated by 293 studentsof the an even semester in 2009th. It was applied to a questionnaire structured with 6 dominions and 32 questions Likert type. An Alpha of Crombach of,948 and,971 by the method of halves was obtained. Results: 42,0% of the professors are of 58,0% feminine sex and masculine. The 40,0% are less than 10 years old and 60,0% more than 10 years of antiquity. 46,4% of the students mentioned that always the educational one attends classes. The 43,0% of the students referred that always the educational one is precise. The 65,6% mentioned that the professor always shows the program the beginning of the course. The 79,2% needed that the professor never realises diagnostic evaluation. The 45,7% described that never the educational one favored the work in collaborative equipment. The 56,3% commented that regularly and never the professor fed back at the end of the class. The perception of the student on the quality of the educational one: 18,8% the excellent one; 36,8% good; the 27,0% to regulate and 17,4% the deficient one. Conclusions: The asessment allows the teacher to identify their areas of opportunity. It is urgent to provide feedback to teachers of the Faculty on the assessments issued by the students in order to lead back the process of teaching and learning.
