Une étude exploratoire sur le niveau d’intégration des pratiques de capitalisation des connaissances dans les processus de gestion des entreprises de la région de Tanger-Tétouane

The aim of this article is to present and expose the activities, practices and tools of knowledge capitalization widely discussed in the management sciences literature and to see to what extent these practices and tools are adopted and integrated into the management processes Companies in the region of Tangier-Tétouan. Generally, knowledge capitalization practices consist of identifying, documenting and preserving the memory of the activities that have been carried out, in such a way as to make the related knowledge accessible, explicit and traceable. It is obviously, on the one hand, to analyze the heritage in knowledge, to structure it, to value it and to make it visible and accessible; And, on the other hand, to develop more formalized and elaborate models of formalization of knowledge. Good practices management, document management, intellectual property management and customer relationship management, documentation management, as well as a set of methods and tools are components of the Capitalization of knowledge. The presentation of these components is of double interest, insofar as it will allow us to delimit them, before checking the level of development and adoption in Moroccan companies. A survey is conducted on a sample of 55 companies in the Tangier-Tétouan region. The results of this research reveal many lessons on the level of integration and adoption of knowledge capitalization practices in the companies surveyed.
