Unidad educativa Simón Bolívar. Clasificación ambiental y la influencia sobre sus fallas

In the Pre-school of the Simón Bolívar Educational Unit, of the Juan José Mora municipality of the Carabobo State, Venezuela, the Corrosion failure symptom and the Environmental Classification were analyzed according to the Concrete norm: Durability NTF 4015-12. Faults in structural and non-structural elements were studied based on information obtained through visual inspection and interviews with teaching staff. To facilitate the study, it was sub-divided into two modules, and a structural system of reinforced concrete was observed, designed and constructed in various periods, which depended on the needs and sponsorship of other public entities (1959 and 1991). The environment was classified as M4 type, since the identified faults and their most probable causes depended mostly on the marine environment, rather than on the industrial environment. En el Pre-escolar de la Unidad Educativa Simón Bolívar, del municipio Juan José Mora del Estado Carabobo, Venezuela, se realizó el levantamiento de sintomatología de fallas por Corrosión y la Clasificación ambiental por la norma Concreto: Durabilidad NTF 4015-12. Las fallas en elementos estructurales y no estructurales se estudiaron a partir de información obtenida mediante la inspección visual y entrevistas con el personal docente. Para facilitar el estudio se sub-dividió en dos módulos, y se apreció un sistema estructural aporticado de concreto armado, diseñados y construidos en varios períodos, que dependían de las necesidades y los auspicios de otros organismos públicos (1959 y 1991). El ambiente se clasificó como tipo M4, ya que las fallas identificadas y sus causas más probables dependían mayormente del ambiente marino, más que del ambiente industrial.
