Zusammenfassung: | Currently the psychosocial risks are part of the organizational context and its assertive
management will influence to reach the best productive level. The purpose of this article was
to generate a theoretical approach to the management of the worker’s psychosocial risk in the company as an area of productive transcendence in the
emerging scenarios of organizational reality. The information
was provided by three social actors’ managers of the
company Tecnocrom de Venezuela, S.A, through the in-depth
interview. The research methodology is qualitative approach,
of the hermeneutic phenomenology type. The transcribed
protocol material reached the processes of categorization and
codification. Initiative categories constructed were: strategic
managerial implications, psychosocial risk situations and
human behavior of the worker. For this article, constructed
initiator categories were taken meaning only with some of the
emerging subcategories. The results showed sensitive factors
faced by the worker, talks to keep accidents at work, joint action
to protect physical and spiritual integrity, value the sense of
being, work stress, recognition of effort, enforcement of laws
and safety regulations, continuous relationships of orientation,
integral attention, productivity, competence and efficiency,
harmony, satisfaction and equilibrium, adequate psychosocial
relationships at work, feelings, values, personal and professional
conditions, worker’s disposition and efforts. The conclusions
are identified with the integral make of the manager being
in front of the psychosocial risk in the stressful functions that
intensify the emotional demand and requires the support and
strategic coordination to overcome the tangible and intangible
conditions of the organizational reality. Although these results
leave the space for future research to deepen in this area of
organizational thinking.
Actualmente los riesgos psicosociales forman parte del contexto organizacional y su gestión
asertiva influirá para alcanzar el mejor nivel productivo. El propósito de este artículo fue
generar una aproximación teórica a la gestión del riesgo psicosocial del trabajador en la
empresa como ámbito de trascendencia productiva en los escenarios emergentes de la realidad
organizacional. La información fue aportada por tres actores sociales gerentes de la empresa
