Hemangioma cavernoso cerebral. Presentación de un caso

It is a 36-year old woman, history of puerperal and cesarian with frontal headache, drowsiness, bradycardia, nausea, blurred vision and behavioral changes. Enter in November2015 inthe General Teaching Hospital "Dr. Agostinho Neto "Guantanamo, in the service of Neurosurgery where she was examinated by doctors. TAC was done with diagnosis of intracranial expansive process. She left frontoparietal craniotomy and was performed osteoplasty visualized in the subcortical region a fibrous capsule, calcifications focal zone and bleeding. It was studied pathologically where cerebral cavernous hemangioma was reported. It evolved satisfactorily high and follow-up consultation. Se trata de una paciente de 36 años con historia de puérpera cesareada que presenta cefalea frontal, somnolencia, bradicardia, náuseas, visión borrosa y cambio de la conducta. Ingresa en noviembre de 2015 en el Hospital General Docente “Dr. Agostinho Neto” de Guantánamo, en el servicio de Neurocirugía donde fue examinada. Se le indicó tomografía axial computarizada y se llevó al salón con diagnóstico de proceso expansivo intracraneal. Se le realizó craneotomía osteoplastia frontoparietal izquierda donde se visualizó en la región subcortical una cápsula fibrosa, calcificaciones en zona focal y hemorragia. Se estudió anatomopatológicamente donde se informó hemangioma cavernoso cerebral. Evolucionó satisfactoriamente, con alta y seguimiento por consulta.
