Zusammenfassung: | The study is set the objective to appraise, through the use of some tools of the portfolio AstridOR
(Soresi, Ferrari and Note 2007), the concept of “job” of people with intellectual disability, some
you have already inserted and others waiting for insertion in working context. The objective of the
search wants to investigate how family influences determines the awareness of the job; literature
explains that the boys have the tendency to build him a proper idea founding himself on the present
ideas in their environment of life (Bowes and Goodnow 1996). We want to appraise in such job, in
a bio-psico-social perspective, the perception that the boy has of himself and his social skills in
working situation, since this is really in such way that they can verify with precision the potential
working abilities. ( Ferrari, Note, Soresi 2007). Recent studies point out that being part of the world
of the job can be the way that the person is perceived as active and constructive member of the society
(Richardson, 1993; Super 1990) and as Bion says, the working integration can allow the person
with disability to live an experience of containment and meeting with other people that can imagine
him as a future worker (Montobbio 2000). In such contribution we have analyzed a champion of 44
people, 18 of which with middle-light mental disability, 13 components of the family of origin and
13 supervisors. At the first two champions the questionnaire has investigated on the concept of job,
only to the first one the grate has been used additionally for the observation in situation, and a
checklist has been made for supervisors to investigate on the social behaviors in the place of
employment regarding the worker with disability. An qualitative and quantitative analysis has been
made to obtain the concepts of job and the social skills; the first results confirm the hypotheses of
the literature of reference, underlining the crucial role, in to determine the working result, from the
family and of the operators of the Asl of reference, factors that allow, in the greatest part of the studied
cases, to effect positive social behaviors.
Lo studio si pone l’obiettivo di valutare, tramite l’uso di alcuni strumenti del portfolio Astrid-OR
(Soresi, Ferrari e Nota, 2007), il concetto di “lavoro” di persone con ritardo mentale, alcune già inserite
