MEDICAMENTOS VENCIDOS: UM PONTO FALHO DA ASSISTENCIA FARMACEUTICA, SEGUNDO A POPULACAO DE MIRACEMA, RJ

In recent years, the importance of the pharmacist has increased, becoming critical for efficient promotion, protection and recovery of the patient. One of the main reasons for the appreciation of the profession was the ease of acquiring drugs by the population, which led them to the misuse of drugs. The satisfaction of the population is a vital factor for the determination of quality pharmaceutical services. The objective is to identify the critical points of the pharmaceutical activities, thus making them visible and thus facilitating the improved performance of the pharmacist. For the purpose was viewed, 131 questionnaires were distributed to the population Miracema--RJ, which contained 12 items on the pharmaceutical activities to be evaluated for satisfaction and importance. Through these evaluations were obtained means and standard errors of each item, as well as the deficit of satisfaction. The data were presented in graph form, for a better understanding of the results. The main graphic work is the quadrant, because it separates the critical points are changed. These points were: prescription pharmaceuticals; fogging; dispose of expired medicine. The work will help in critical analysis in order to improve the pharmaceutical services, thus reducing the misuse of medication.
