Zusammenfassung: | Goals: To identify diagnoses, interventions, outcomes of nursing care used
in most adolescents. Materials and Methods: A descriptive study, with a
population of 177 students between 9 and 17 years, Instituto las Americas ,
Bucaramanga, during the first half of 2011. Diagnoses, interventions,
results are recorded in the Information System and Community Clinics
(SIPCE) Practice. Results: We analyzed 100% of rating forms filled out by
nursing students from the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) in the
development of adolescent care practice. 355 diagnoses North American
Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA), the most frequent was obtained:
disposition to improve knowledge, willingness to improve the management
of their own health, impaired dentition, nutritional imbalance and a good
disposition for enhanced family processes. Tutoring, health education,
support to cope with difficult situations: they were 403 interventions
Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) for the Behavioral field was
conducted, education class: tutoring, health education. Classes help to face
difficult situations: counseling, self-empowerment, increase coping and
emotional support and enhancing communication class: active listening.
In the basic physiological field, nutritional support class: nutritional
counseling, weight management and size. Conduct health promotion,
health promotion knowledge: Nursing Outcomes Classification 356 results
(NOC) the most common : knowledge and health behavior. Conclusions:
The application of the nursing process with standardized language helps
improve care for adolescents, propose institutional policies and evaluate
results.
Objetivo: Identificar os diagnósticos, as intervenções, os resultados dos
cuidados de enfermagem utilizados na maioria dos adolescentes. Materiais
e Métodos: Estudo descritivo, com uma população de 177 estudantes entre
9 e 17 anos, o Instituto educativo las Américas , Bucaramanga, durante o primeiro semestre de 2011. Diagnósticos, intervenções, os resultados são
registrados no Sistema de Informação e Clínicas Comunidade de Prática
(SIPCE). Resultados: Foram analisados 100% das formas de classificação
preenchidas por estudantes de enfermagem da Universidad Industrial de
Santander (UIS) no desenvolvimento da prática de cuidar do adolescente.
