Zusammenfassung:Objective. To evaluate a secondary prevention program of suicide risk behavior in educated adolescents and their families using a familial democratization focus. Method. A prospective, exploratory study in which participative methodology (reflection-action workshops) was employed; and a pre and post test evaluation of 81 secondary and tertiary education students and their families was applied. Results. A level-based analysis was used to note that some participants improved notably both in their levels of suicidal ideation as in depression.
