Zusammenfassung: | This article summarizes the debate of the authors about the organizational
transformations based on the growing prevalence of the intangible assets of
human capital. The purpose is to understand the current economic organizations
and their highly demanding and variable contexts as a result of the initial phase
of a general research about the work factor of non-profit entities. Beginning with the traditional Firm approach, human capital is a factor that has transformed theoretical analysis due to its relatively new and growing importance, implying the need to clarify the concept. It notes that technology has influenced the transformation of the modern organizations and its articulation with the human capital, to conclude relating postures that identify and value the intangible assets based on that type of production factor.
Cet article est un résumé de la discussion des auteurs sur les changements des organisations basés sur la domination croissante des actifs incorporels, notamment le capital humain, afin de comprendre les organisations économiques actuelles au milieu de leurs contextes très exigeants et variables, à la suite de phase initiale d´une recherche générale sur le travail du facteur ESAL (organisations à but non lucratif). Le capital humain est le facteur qui a transformé l´analyse théorique a cause de son nouveau importance et en pleine croissance, qui donne effet à la nécessité de clarifier. On observe comment la technologie affecte la transformation de l´organisation moderne et sa relation avec le capital humain, et on conclut avec une pour identifier et valoriser les actifs incorporels en fonction de ce type de facteur de production.
O presente artigo é a síntese do debate dos autores sobre as transformações
organizacionais baseadas no crescente predomínio dos ativos intangíveis,
especialmente do capital humano, para entender as organizações
econômicas atuais em meio de seus contextos altamente exigentes e
variáveis, como resultado da fase inicial de uma pesquisa geral sobre o
fator trabalho das ESAL (entidades sem ânimo de lucro). A partir do enfoque tradicional da firma, o capital humano é o fator que tem transformado a análise teórica por sua relativamente nova e crescente importância, o que direciona a necessidade de clareá-lo.
