Zusammenfassung:ChinaT Dataset contains a record for every central place in China that was the central city (Cc) of a shi (municipality) or classed as a zhen (town) as of 1 July 1990. To these were added (1) records for qu (centers of peri-urban urban districts that do not appear as such in the census tables), and (2) capitals of county-level units that do not rank as zhen.
