Zusammenfassung:The dataset contains CARDAMOM output for the calibration of a DALEC C-cycle model (ACM2: Water Cycle and Stomatal conductance) across the Amazon for an 11-year period (2000-2010) and a 19-year period (2001-2019) at a monthly time step and 1 x 1-degree spatial resolution. The calibration used Earth Observation derived estimates of leaf area and databased soil carbon stocks. The calibration also includes data on Total Coarse Woody Carbon (TCWC) biomass and productivity (2000-2009) generated by the University of Leeds using data from RAINFOR and FlorestPlots.net. The dataset includes C-stocks, fluxes, ecosystem properties, and associated parametric uncertainties. The model provides a benchmark for comparing other independent carbon cycle models as well as the calibration dataset.
