Zusammenfassung:A Red-throated Caracara (Ibycter americanus) brings a large spirotreptid millipede to the nest. These millipedes were the second-most abundant items brought to the nests in 2008 and 2009, after wasp nests. This video was taken 45 m up a Chrysophyllum lucentifolium tree within a large Aechmea aquilega bromeliad being used as a nest platform.
