Zusammenfassung:Figure S1. Effects of pirfenidone on TGF-β1-mediated regulators of the COX2)/ PGE2 pathway in fibroblasts. Subconfluent HFL-1 cells were cultured in SF-DMEM for 24 h and then incubated in the presence or absence of TGF-β1 (10 pM) and pirfenidone (100 ng/mL) for 48 h. Proteins were extracted and subjected to western blot analysis of COX2. Media were harvested from monolayer culture and evaluated for PGE2 by immunoassay.
