Dendrograms were based on () chromosome 21 genes and () non-chromosome 21 genes in the 25 samples, using Euclidean distance and average linkage. Branch lengths represent dissimilarity. Samples were of two types (TS21, red; euploid, dark blue) and four sources (astrocyte, green; cerebellum, light blue; cerebrum, gray; heart, brown).
