This file reflects the coding of 12 interview (audio) data files into general themes by Researcher #1. The goal here was to organize the data into manageable-sized pieces, share/discuss the findings with Researcher #2, reconcile differences, and report on the most salient commonalities. Both researchers view this contribution as rudimentary on the one hand, but providing a perspective for additional work in the field. University IRB approval was granted in the early summer of 2017 for twelve interviews. We received more than 12 requests but accepted the first 12 participants. All 12 interviewees gave verbal consent to audio-record the interviews and publish/disseminate the results. Interviews were conducted in the late summer of 2017.
