The results of SCaFoS analysis are in /scafos/.18S_rDNA_alignment.phy:Alignment corresponding to Figure S2.Transcriptome_assemblies_and_translations.zip:Newly sequenced transcriptome assemblies generated using Trinity and translations generated using TransDecoder.
