research analyzes up to what extent the compliance programs foreseen in the
anti-corruption law can be extend to the social spheres of the company, in
particular to cut down practices of bullying. The concepts of moral harassment
are analyze in the employment relationship and compliance, in order to make an
analysis of the necessity and the possibility of applying such method in the
area of human resources. In the end, this paper investigates the
characteristics of the compliance program established by COPEL - Paraná Energy
Company, which presents an exclusive coordinator for cases of bullying. |
