Zusammenfassung: | This is the datasets used in the manuscript entitled : "Large variation in the ratio of mitochondrial to nuclear mutation rate across animals : implications for genetic diversity and the use of mitochondrial DNA as a molecular marker" submitted to Molecular Biology and EvolutionAuthors : Remi Allio, Stefano Donega, Nicolas Galtier, Benoit NabholzContact : Benoit Nabholz benoit.nabholz@umontpellier.frThe folder DataMolPhylEvol containts the 122 datasets analysed in the multilocus analysis. Within this folder, the folders "Data" have number that correspond to the number provided in Table S1. Each datasets include fasta files. Fasta files with names ending by _3rd.fst contain third codon positions and those ending by _full.fst contain all codon position alignments. The folder phylogenomic contains the four datasets analysed in the phylogenomic analysis. Each dataset is composed of a nuclear and a mitochondrial folder in which nuclear and mitochondrial alignments are stored in fasta format. As for the DataMolPhylEvol, the fasta files with names ending by _3rd.fst contain third codon positions and those ending by _full.fst contain all codon position alignments. |
