Zusammenfassung:Copyright information:Taken from "Inhaled nitric oxide in acute respiratory distress syndrome with and without septic shock requiring norepinephrine administration: a dose–response study"Critical Care 1997;1(1):25-39.Published online 13 Aug 1997PMCID:PMC28986.Copyright © 1997 Current Science Ltd MPAP was measured: (1) before NO administration (C); (2) following seven randomized concentrations of NO between 0.15 and 150 ppm, and (3) after the cessation of NO (C). Changes are expressed as a percentage variation from C (Δ MPAP and Δ PaO/FiO and each patient is represented by a different symbol with a number corresponding to the numbers shown in Tables and . In and patients without plateau effect on the dose-response curve are represented. In and patients with a plateau effect on the MPAP dose-response curve and showing a deterioration of their PaO/FiO at the highest NO concentrations are represented.
