ELISA results of BAFF secretion by salivary epithelial cells from minor salivary glands

Supernatant of culture was harvested 48 hours after stimulation with IL-10 (100 ng/ml), IFN-α (2,400 U/ml), IFN-γ (5 ng/ml), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (1 ng/ml) and IFN-γ (5 ng/ml) + TNF-α (1 ng/ml). Error bars indicate SEM. All samples were processed in duplicate. BAFF, B cell-activating factor.
