Patients with a lower overall immunoreactivity score for MDR1/P-glycoprotein (MDR1/P-gp) expression detected with antibody C219 exhibit significantly longer overall survival. Patients with a lower overall immunoreactivity score for MDR1/P-gp expression detected with antibody JSB-1 exhibit significantly longer overall survival. Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) negative cases exhibit significantly longer overall survival. Patients with lower overall immunoreactivity score for MDR1/P-gp expression detected with antibody C219 exhibit significantly longer progression-free survival. Patients with lower overall immunoreactivity score for MDR1/P-gp expression detected with antibody JSB-1 exhibit significantly longer progression-free survival.
