Liver, indicated in red, is the tissue of interest for values. Serum albumin (94777_at ) shows very specific liver expression: = 1.3 bits and = 2.1 bits. For liver-specific bHLH-Zip transcription factor (99452_at ), liver is a strong but not dominant part of the expression pattern: = 3.7 bits and = 6.8 bits. For chloride channel 7 (104391_s_at ) there is near uniform expression: = 4.3 bits and = 10.2 bits. Gelsolin (93750_at ) is an otherwise widely expressed gene but is expressed at a very low level in the liver: = 4.4 bits and = 15.1 bits.
