( and ) Effect of APE1 overproduction on survival to MMS treatment. Cells were treated with MMS for 1 h at 37°C at the indicated doses. Surviving clones (>50 cells) were scored after 8 days. Values represent the mean of at least three independent experiments ± SD. |
