Time-lapse imaging of wild-type trypanosomes expressing histone 2B-GFP together with cytosolic GFP or DsRED

Images were acquired using a Nikon TE2000E-PFS microscope with a 60x objective. DIC and fluorescent images were taken every 10 minutes for 24 hours.
