Zusammenfassung: | Copyright information:Taken from "Comparative evaluation of the treatment efficacy of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) and paclitaxel in ovarian cancer cell lines and primary ovarian cancer cells from patients"BMC Cancer 2006;6():183-183.Published online 11 Jul 2006PMCID:PMC1539015. , ovarian cancer cell lines; , patient-derived ovarian cancer cells. Cells were incubated with SAHA or paclitaxel for 24 hours, and caspase-3 activity was measured using the fluorogenic substrate Ac-DEVD-AFC. Relative caspase-3 activities are the ratio of treated cells to untreated cells. Means ± SD of 1 (ASC-OC-2 SAHA), 2 (ASC-OC-1, ASC-OC-2 paclitaxel, ASC-OC-4), or 3 (ASC-OC-3, ASC-OC-5, cell lines) independent experiments are shown. |
