Zusammenfassung:Schematic representation of postharvest kiwifruit softening in relation to the timing of key events in the softening process of ethylene-treated 'Hayward' fruit. Diagram modified from []). Previously published sequences in GenBank involved in postharvest softening processes were used to identify genes in the EST database using BLAST searches.
