Zusammenfassung:Fundus_CIMT_2903 Dataset: The Fundus_CIMT_2903 dataset includes comprehensive data from 2,903 patients, consisting of high-resolution bilateral fundus images, carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) measurements, and clinical information such as age and gender. The dataset was collected from the Department of Endocrinology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University between November 2016 and August 2024. It features 849 cases classified as normal (CIMT < 0.9 mm) and 2,054 cases with thickened CIMT (CIMT ≥ 0.9 mm), facilitating the study of microvascular pathology and cardiovascular risk. This publicly accessible dataset provides a vital multimodal resource for advancing AI-based predictive models for cardiovascular disease, enabling the integration of fundus imaging and CIMT analysis to develop non-invasive, cost-effective screening tools.
