Comparative genomics provide insights into karyotype evolution in vespertilionid bats (Vespertilionidae, Chiroptera)
We generated a high-quality chromosome-level reference genome assembly of 1.73 Gb (Contig N50: 60.51 Mb, Scaffold N50: 184.65 Mb) for Pipistrellus abramus, of which 99.7% of the sequence was anchored to 14 chromosomes. Genome assembly and annotation completeness were estimated using Benchmarking Uni...

Zusammenfassung: | We generated a high-quality chromosome-level reference genome assembly of 1.73 Gb (Contig N50: 60.51 Mb, Scaffold N50: 184.65 Mb) for Pipistrellus abramus, of which 99.7% of the sequence was anchored to 14 chromosomes. Genome assembly and annotation completeness were estimated using Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Ortholog (BUSCO), with BUSCO scores of 95.9% and 98.9%, respectively. |
