These three-dimensional contour maps document selected examples of proteins preferentially expressed at 37°C (spots A1, B38, and D7) or at 25°C (spots A5, B24, and B28), as well as proteins that are expressed at approximately equivalent levels at these incubation temperatures (spots B31 and C34).
