Sheet 1 – description of samples, total number of identified peptides and spectra, number of precursor proteins for each analyzed sample. Sheet 2 – list of identified sequences related to human. Sheet 3 – list of identified sequences related to the human microbiota. Sheets 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 – lists of organismsthat probably contain the identified sequences in their genomes.
