Zusammenfassung:Additional file 8. Related to Fig. 2. Summary table of the amino acid sequences identified against the database of human and microbiota proteins HuMiProt90 in the blood serum samples of four healthy donors before a meal and 3, 5, 7, and 9 h after a meal. Sheet 1 – description of samples, total number of identified peptides and spectra, number of precursor proteins for each analyzed sample. Sheet 2 – list of identified sequences related to human. Sheet 3 – list of identified sequences related to the human microbiota. Sheets 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 – lists of organismsthat probably contain the identified sequences in their genomes. Sheets 12 and 13 – isolation body sites where the microbiota with the identified peptides is probably located, according to the NIH Human Microbiome Project.
