Zusammenfassung:Additional file 2: Table S1. Complete ASV table for all samples and negatives. Table S2. Complete metadata table for all samples and negatives. Table S3. Pairwise comparisons for community composition and ASV richness. Table S4. ASVs that were assessed for significant variation in relative abundance across the epidermis. Table S5. Significant differences in the relative abundance (%) of bacterial families between epidermal layers was tested for using mixed linear modelling. Table S6. Paired t-tests were performed to identify the individual ASVs that were significantly different between surface swabs and tape-1 samples. Table S7. Pairwise comparisons for community composition and ASV richness. Table S8. Pairwise comparisons for community composition and ASV richness between skin groups. Table S9. Significant differences in community composition and ASV richness were tested for between AD patients with and without filaggrin mutations. Table S10. Significant differences in community composition and ASV richness were tested for between AD patients that were using topical steroids (none, short, medium and long-term use). Table S11. Reads assigned to Staphylococcus ASVs were extracted and underwent analyses for signifcaint community variation, differences in relative abundance and ASV richness.
