Zusammenfassung: | In this study, we analyse data collected during shooting of rusa deer between 2011 and 2022 to assess the cost-effectiveness of professional vehicle-based shooting in a peri-urban landscape. We incorporate the results from an independent monitoring program into a Bayesian joint-likelihood framework to model spatio-temporal changes in rusa deer abundance during the management operations. We use our findings to assess the effect of the management program on the number of complaints from residents. This dataset includes all the files and R-code to run the spatio-temporal analyses. |
