Eco-terrorism – Psychological terror and destruction for the glorifying of Mother Nature

Eco-terrorism has triggered a series of debates in the Western academic world. The question of the precise definition of some actions of the radical environmental groups as terrorists themselves has remained an open question. The difficulty in establishing a clear distinction between legitimate environmental movements, peacefully engaged in promoting a civic and political agenda to protect the environment, and radical environmental movements that use political violence has often led to the inability of authors or analysts to draw a clear line between them.
