Zusammenfassung:This repo contains all the processed data for the following publication: CA3 hippocampal synaptic plasticity supports ripple physiology during memory consolidation. The Data set final file contains all the experimental details for each figures, including the number of experiments, animal number and scoring sheets for the behaviour. Figure3.mat and Figure7.mat contains the electrophysiological files used for SWRs analysis for each mice. Data are organized by days of recordings (from D-2 to D1) as reported in the excel file. - LFP channel used for ripples and sleep analysis, downsampled to 1kHz. - int_exploration: index of the awake periods. - int_REM: index of the REM periods. - int_SWS: index of the slow wave sleep periods. - Ripples: ripples detected. Time is expressed in seconds.
