PS-OCT SHARP Swine eye limbus: Optic axis

Swine eye anterior segment imaging; en-face views comparison of optic axis (hue) overlaid with phase retardation (brightness) before and after computational refocusing in a phase-unstable polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography system using the SHARP technique [described in "Computational refocusing in phase-unstable polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography" by Ruiz-Lopera et al. 2023].
