Zusammenfassung: | OMapScope 5 v5.7.8 phase mapping analysis to detect and characterize re-entrant activity during sustained arrhythmia (Umapathy et al., 2020). In each pixel mapping membrane voltage within the field of view through time, any periodic variation of membrane voltage yielded an instantaneous phase value between [-π, + π]. Mapping the phases at successive times then depicts spatiotemporal changes in activation whether during normal or arrhythmic activity. Ventricular tachycardia were only induced in intact Langendorff-perfused hearts of the TAC-only group following 1 μM isoproterenol with burst pacing at 50 Hz. This yielded a centered macro re-entry conduction pattern demonstrated close to the onset of ventricular tachycardia. |
