Zusammenfassung: | Data tables that support: Upin, H., Newell, D. L., Coleman, D. R., and Boyd, E. S., in press, Tectonic influences on the microbial diversity of Peru hot springs: Communications Earth & Environment. This repository includes the sampling and analytical methods description that support five tables. Table 1 reports field information for 14 hot springs including their location and field parameters (e.g., T, C, conductivity). Table 2 reports the major ion chemistry. Table 3 reports the trace element chemistry. Table 4 reports the dissolved gas composition of the springs. Table 5 reports the 16S rRNA results - specifcally the taxonomy for OTUs >= 1% relative abundance in the planktonic and sediments component from the 14 hot springs. |
