IDCIA Dataset

The provided dataset has two directories: Images and ground_truth, and the readme.md file for the description of the dataset folder. The Images directory contains seven sub-directories, one for each of the primary antibody used in the experiments. Inside each directory are grayscale images from fluorescence microscopy.
