Zusammenfassung:The first step necessary to achieve the aim of the study is to create a research framework and to reveal the methodology of the procedures (See Figure 1). First of all, a literature study was conducted to determine the variables that will be analyzed in the later stages of the study. The criteria created were sent to nine experts, two of whom are retired senior executives who worked effectively in the field and seven of whom are employees who are still working in order to become less biased. With the incoming feedback, the first outputs of the selected method were obtained and shall support further studies. The answers from the above-mentioned nine experienced people were used in the grading of important criteria in explosives transportation. Thus, the most important criteria and variables were determined by making calculations according to the method applied. Evaluation of critical factors in the explosive transport applicability with DEMATEL Method by importance levels Important Criteria: 1. Determination of suitable storage areas 2. Procurement of adequate and suitable equipment and tools 3. Recognition of procedures and policies (by the shipping country) 4. Optimum efficiency (it is important to check whether it is provided or not) 5. Security (securitization of transport, by law and drivers) 6. Alternative planning (within the scope of loading/unloading, roads, road planning) 7. Consolidation of shipments 8. Redesign of packaging The expert group determined in the field/academy was asked for their opinions within the framework of the above criteria. After the scores were obtained, the situation was evaluated with a numerical method. Depending on the experience of the experts, it was determined which criterion was more important and prioritized, and it was tried to contribute to the evaluation of ADR compliance processes on a country basis by prioritizing the criteria.
