Zusammenfassung: | Experiments were performed on a 3T GE Premier scanner using a custom 16 channel airway coil a healthy subject. The subject were scanned in accordance to our institute's review board protocol, and informed consent were obtained from the subject prior to the study. Subjects were scanned while producing repeated counting of numbers (1 to 5) at the subject's natural pace. A gradient echo based variable density spiral sampling with golden angle view ordering was used to sequentially (one after the other) acquire multiple 2D slices in the mid sagittal plane. Relevant sequence parameters were: Field of view (FOV in cm2) = 20 × 20, flip angle = 5 degrees, TR = 6 ms, spatial resolution (mm2) = 2.4 × 2.4, slice thickness = 6 mm, number of slices = 10, spiral interleaves required for Nyquist sampling = 27, readout points = 335, readout duration = 1.3 ms, acquisition time per slice = 16.2 s; total scan time = 162 s. The .mat files contails the followings: dcf: density compensation factor (readout points × spiral arms) k: kspace trajectory (readout points × spiral arms) kdata: MRI data (readout points × coils × spiral arms × slices) |
