Zusammenfassung:This repository contains raw and derived data for the manuscript titled "Rothia from the human nose inhibit Moraxella catarrhalis colonization with a secreted peptidoglycan endopeptidase". The raw data includes cell culture assay results, genome sequences, inhibition assay data, and proteomics spectra. The derived data includes antiSMASH output, anvi'o output, BiG-SCAPE output, mothur output, NMDS output. phylogenetic trees, PyParanoid output, and SignalP output. 16S rRNA gene V4 amplicon sequencing data can be found in the Short Read Archive under BioProject accession PRJNA866994. Genome sequences generated from this work are deposited under BioProject accession PRJNA867425.
