Zusammenfassung:Please use the following password to open the files in the PDF flies.rar folder: VanderbiltU8211 -PDF file containing the Positive Hits identified as clock modulators in the high-throughput cell-based screen performed at Vanderbilt University. Positive Hits were classified as: a)Long period: compounds that lengthens the circadian period when compared to the DMSO control. b)Short period: compounds that shortens the circadian period when compared to the DMSO control. c)Enhanced amplitude: compounds that enhance the circadian amplitude when compared to the DMSO control. d)Transient suppression: compounds that suppress circadian cycles to later reach full recovery of the circadian oscillation when compared to the DMSO control. In order to facilitate the result interpretation it is also included a “How to read instructions and examples” file.
